Do you have problems with your in ground cable TV System? Does it have intermittent interference or signal problems? We have decades of experience with 250+ house cable TV systems in retirement villages and gated communities. Most of the Cable TV Systems up and down the east coast are well over 20 years old now and unfortunately most of the older experienced Cable TV Installers have retired, leaving very few Installers that have the knowledge and carry the right tooling and professional test equipment to fault find and repair these cable systems. The new generation of Installers lack the knowledge and skill set to repair these large Cable TV systems properly and that includes some of the big well known franchise companies.
Because the original CATV parts and specialized tooling is not common garden variety off the shelf equipment, in order to get the job, they use adaptors and dodgy techniques to try convert the specialized trunk cable to domestic indoor type connectors, amplifiers, taps and splitters in the pits outside. This is a problem because the indoor domestic parts are not sealed very well and get moisture and water inside them when placed in CATV pits, this combination of things causes poor matching and reflections of the TV Signals degrading the signal quality and causing problems in different parts of the Village.
We understand that in a lot of the Retirement Villages the TV is all the residents have and when a large Cable TV System with hundreds of houses stop working the Village goes into melt down and the manager gets flooded with phone calls. This is why we carry a large range of parts onboard with us for all types of TV Antenna and Foxtel Satellite Systems, to reduce the down time, fix the problem on the spot and don't have to make multiple trips or wait for parts orders. We offer Priority Service for Retirement Villages and can normally call out diagnose and Repair the fault in 2-4 hours.
